Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, sales-minded individuals to join our growing team as Wellness Sales Associates.

You'll help clients discover innovative wellness services, recommend memberships and packages that fit their needs, and build lasting relationships. You'll receive training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to earn sales commissions.

What You'll Do

Client Relationships & Sales

• Welcome clients, build genuine relationships, and learn about their wellness goals.

• Explain Restore's services and recommend memberships, packages, and wellness solutions that meet client needs.

• Confidently ask for the sale and work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage appointments, membership enrollment, and repeat visits.

• Help members maximize the value of their memberships through ongoing engagement and rebooking.

Client Service & Studio Operations

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service that makes every client feel valued.

• Learn about Restore's wellness services, products, and benefits through ongoing training.

• Schedule appointments, process transactions, and maintain accurate client information.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve studio goals.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness, or helping others feel their best.

• Comfortable initiating conversations, recommending solutions, and asking for the sale.

• Motivated by achieving sales goals and earning commissions.

• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team.

• Coachable, eager to learn, and willing to consistently apply our client engagement and sales processes.

• Comfortable learning scheduling, point-of-sale, and customer management technology.

• Availability for some afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior wellness industry experience is not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a desire to grow.

Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Some evening and weekend availability is required. Scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
